We design and curate dresses for women who want to feel put-together without trying too hard — soft lines, considered fabrics, and a quiet kind of elegance that works just as well on a Tuesday morning as it does at a summer wedding. Nothing loud, nothing disposable. Just pieces you reach for again and again.

Graphic Designer
You'll be the visual voice of Grace & Anne. From the first banner a customer sees to the email that lands on a Sunday evening, you shape how the brand feels — and you'll have real room to define that look rather than simply execute someone else's.
What you'll do
- Design website banners, campaign visuals, and product graphics that feel considered, not templated
- Create assets for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Keep our aesthetic consistent across every touchpoint, from ad to inbox to unboxing
- Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts from rough idea to finished asset
- Help evolve our visual identity as the brand grows
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- A real eye for typography, composition, layout, and colour balance
- Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of hitting deadlines
- Clear communication and genuine openness to feedback
- A portfolio that shows recent, relevant work

Retail Sales Associate
Some customers know exactly what they want. Most don't — and that's where you come in. This role is about helping women leave feeling more confident than when they arrived, whether that takes two minutes or twenty.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers and offer personal styling advice
- Help find the right size, fit, and combinations for each customer
- Keep the store organised, well-stocked, and looking its best
- Support daily operations, from restocking to the till
- Answer questions with warmth and genuine product knowledge
What we're looking for
- Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion
- Strong communication and people skills
- A real interest in women's fashion and styling
- A friendly, approachable, customer-first attitude
- Someone who works well in a small, close-knit team
- Flexible availability, including weekends when needed
