Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Simply reach out via our contact page and we'll guide you through the process.

We want you to love every piece you order. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

To keep your dress looking its best, we recommend a gentle machine wash at 30°C or a cold hand wash. Wash inside out with similar colours, and avoid bleach and fabric softener. Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. If needed, iron on a low setting or use a steamer for a smooth finish.

Find Your Size

Buying a dress online means trusting a photograph — and we know that takes a little faith. So we've made this page as clear as we can, and made it easy to put right if the size isn't quite there.

Take two minutes with a tape measure before you order. It's the single best way to get it right first time.

How to Measure

You'll need a soft tape measure and, ideally, someone to help. Measure over your underwear rather than clothing, and keep the tape snug but never tight — you should be able to slip a finger underneath.

Bust — around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape level across your back.

Waist — around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Don't hold your breath in.

Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, roughly 20 cm below your waist.

Length — this is how we measure the dress itself, from the shoulder seam straight down to the hem. Compare it against your own height to picture where it will fall.

All measurements are in centimetres and refer to body measurements, not the garment.

A Few Notes on Fit

Go by your measurements, not your usual size. High-street sizing varies wildly from shop to shop. The chart above is the honest version — it's what will actually fit you.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Our dresses are designed to skim rather than cling, and a fraction of extra room always reads better than a fraction too little. If the bust and hips point to different sizes, size for the bust — waists and hips are far more forgiving in these cuts.

Check the length. Our dresses are cut long. If you're petite, look at the length measurement against your own height so you know exactly where the hem will sit.

If It's Not Quite Right, We'll Sort It

You shouldn't have to gamble on a size. If the dress arrives and the fit isn't there, you have 14 days to exchange it for a different size — no explanation needed, no awkward questions.

How it works

1. Email support@graceandanne.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
2. We'll send you the return details straight away.
3. Post the dress back to us, unworn and with the tags still on.
4. Your new size goes out as soon as your return is on its way.

If we've sold out of the size you need, we'll refund you in full — no waiting, no store credit you didn't ask for.
